Our Story

Prava formula is a dream that came through, our dream about the kind of organization we would all love to work in. We have been working with people and organizations for over 15 years. We have learned that every organization is unique and that it is precisely the people that make up an organization who also make it singular and inimitable. To achieve your goals and organization development, you need the right people and you need them in the right places, you need good rewards systems and a solid recruitment process, you need to create a climate in which exceptional individuals will give their best. The fact that each organization is a unique entity means there can be no single solution that will fit all. Instead it means that one must find the right formula (prava formula) that will lead the organization and its people to growth and development.


Our Team

Rajka Marković specializes in organization and management development through individual counseling, mentoring, training and coaching. She acquired her rich experience in the management of people, processes and resources as Human Resources Director at the national airline Croatia Airlines d.d. She is thoroughly acquainted with large organizations and has first-hand experience in the challenges that their managers and Board members face. Having graduated with a degree in psychology, she goes on to enroll in a post-graduate program in Organization Psychology. Today she is a guest lecturer at the Organization Psychology class. Her formal education was enriched through a number of expert seminars in the field of human resources management, strategic and project management as well as business change management. She has developed into an expert and a popular trainer and coach who has a way of transferring theoretical scientific knowledge and experience in an uncomplicated and intelligible way, while keeping in mind its practical application. In her work she uses elements of Gestalt psychotherapy and GROW model. By using her own and the user's expertise and practical experience she empowers the user to acquire and transfer his knowledge and skills into everyday work.

Zvjezdana Dragojević is our advisor for professional, organization and personal development. Throughout her long career she worked in various organizational systems, from preschool, where she was resident psychologist to large corporations. She was Director of the Centre for Children, Youth and Family of the Rotary Foundation for Psychological Help, where she managed a multidisciplinary team of experts. She worked several years as internal trainer in the Training and Development Department of the User Support Service and thereafter as Manager of the Employee Development Department at the international telecommunications company VIPnet d.o.o. In her work, she applies the knowledge accumulated through various expert seminars in the field of employee education and development and talent management as well as Gestalt-psychotherapy and coaching. She holds firm the belief that every person can achieve happiness and growth and see their dreams come true.

Kristina Ozimec found her particular professional interest in the composition of business and psychology. She graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Business in Zagreb and is currently in her last year of psychology at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Zagreb. Her interdisciplinary educational background allows her to develop in the areas in which business and psychology are forming ever tighter connections and interdependence. Her further education is aimed at acquiring abilities that will help her meet the challenges that human resource management faces on the road to the knowledge society.
She also works as outside assistant at the Faculty of Economics and Business in Zagreb.

Veseljka Rebić specializes in organization structure planning, management and development through a systematic and thorough approach with the goal of improving the efficiency of both the individual and the organization as a whole. She has acquired her HR experience through years of work for a large company, in which she got acquainted with all the elements of the HR process, especially with human resource planning. After graduating with a degree in Psychology, she attended numerous seminars on the subject of HR management, finances and project management. She is currently enrolled in the post-graduate program in Psychology and works as teaching assistant and researcher at the Department of Psychology at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Zagreb. In her work as consultant she draws on knowledge and skills accumulated throughout her work history, combines them with the scientific findings and expert recommendations and relies on a systematic and analytical approach to clients’ business practice.
