Coaching
Coaching is a form of ongoing professional partnership that helps individuals achieve high performance in their work, career, and organization while also improving their overall quality of life. We offer both individual and group coaching.

The focus of coaching can cover a wide range of knowledge, skills, and attitudes related to an individual’s or group’s interaction with the system they operate in. At Prava Formula, we believe everyone has the potential to become the person they want to be, to learn, and to grow.
Unlike traditional training, which has a limited effect on behavior change, coaching gives individuals control and responsibility over what, how, and when they learn—greatly increasing motivation.
Coaching follows five key phases:
- Coaching agreement
- Goal setting
- Assessment of the current state
- Progress tracking
- Evaluation
The process starts with five blocks, each lasting 90 minutes. After this, goals are reassessed and the duration and schedule of further coaching are determined. The coaching process can extend beyond six months, depending on individual or organizational needs. Sessions are typically spaced 2–3 weeks apart; intervals longer than one month do not qualify as continuous coaching.
Coaching is fully tailored to the client, including timing, content, and methodology.

Individual Coaching
