Develop key leadership competencies for successfully taking responsibility and making decisions.
Decision making is one of the core leadership competencies, as without it, it is impossible to take responsibility for tasks, processes, and collaborations expected from a leader.
Every individual has a preferred way of gathering, organizing, and processing information. Understanding these individual differences is important for quality relationships, both personally and professionally. Successful leaders identify and adapt their decision-making style to the requirements of the task.
