Methods and Tools:
The training is interactive and follows adult learning principles. Various tools are used to highlight different behaviors related to emotional competence.
The Emotional Competence Questionnaire, completed prior to the training, measures different aspects of emotional intelligence and behavior: self-awareness, emotion management, social awareness, and relationship management. Based on the results, participants will analyze their scores during the training and define activities for improvement.
