The modular First Line Manager program is designed for the development of line managers. It strengthens the core competencies required for effective leadership, contributing to employee success, growth, and engagement within your organization. The program consists of multiple modules, with content tailored to the specific needs of each participant group.

Methods and tools:
The program is delivered in a modular format, with the same group of participants remaining together throughout the entire program. The number of modules is adapted to the client’s needs and most commonly includes 3 to 7 different modules. Modules are attended at a pace of one module per month, and between modules you will apply what you have learned in real-life work with your team.
At the end of the program, you will evaluate the achieved goals and create an action plan for further development.
Due to the customized content and delivery tailored to participants, the stable participant group that builds strong connections with each other and the trainer, and the practical application between modules, this program is highly practical. It encourages immediate application of learning in participants’ daily work and allows for agile adaptation of further training content.
