Learn how to effectively step into your new leadership role and manage both individuals and teams. The First Time Manager (FTM) program is delivered in a modular format, with the same group of participants remaining together throughout the entire program.
The modular First Time Manager program is designed to provide new leaders with practical knowledge and tools for successfully taking on their new role and managing individuals and teams. The program consists of multiple modules, tailored to the specific needs of each participant group.

Methods and tools:
The program begins with an assessment of leadership competencies conducted by the leader and their team, with the results serving as the basis for setting individual development goals.
The number of modules ranges from 3 to 7, depending on the client’s needs. Modules are attended at a pace of one module per month, and between modules you will apply what you have learned in real-life work with your team.
At the end of the program, you will evaluate the achievement of initial goals and define an action plan for further development.
Through the FTM program, you will learn:
- different leadership styles and how to apply them in practice
- delegation and feedback skills
- methods for effective performance management and motivating team members
- how to develop a team and manage team dynamics
- how to improve meeting facilitation skills
Due to the customized content and delivery tailored to participants, the stable participant group that builds strong connections with each other and the trainer, and the practical application between modules, this program is highly practical. It encourages immediate application of learning in participants’ daily work and allows for agile adaptation of further training content.
