Forest Bathing (Shinrin Yoku) is a guided walk in the forest lasting 2 to 4 hours. It is a process-oriented method in which a certified guide leads various individual and group activities. The sequence of exercises and activities helps participants find their natural rhythm in harmony with nature, while listening to the signals their body sends.
Forest Bathing uses the Shinrin Yoku technique, developed in Japan in the 1980s, and is applied both preventively and therapeutically. Sessions are led by a Forest Bathing – Therapy guide certified by the European Forest Therapy Institute and a qualified forestry engineer.
