Recognize the importance of strong intra-team collaboration for achieving outstanding results. Teams are the fundamental units of any organization, and effective teamwork is key to business success.
This training is based on David Kantor’s model, which identifies four essential team roles necessary for high-quality decision-making, constructive discussion, and flexible adaptation of behavior. In this workshop, team members will learn to identify their own and others’ roles within the team, gaining a fresh perspective on team dynamics.
In a fun and creative way, teams will explore how to handle common imbalances and resolve them effectively. Participants will have the opportunity to reflect on themselves, see how they can contribute more constructively, and further develop their skills.
This training provides insights for the continued development of established teams or guidance for optimizing the cohesion of new teams—depending on your needs. The workshop is practical and includes numerous exercises and group activities. It can be conducted as either a developmental session or a team-building activity.
During this training, you will learn to:
Identify the four team roles according to D. Kantor’s model
Recognize common team imbalances and strategies to address them
