Individual coaching provides personalized support to leaders in developing the skills, knowledge, and attitudes needed for effective leadership in a dynamic business environment, fostering learning, adaptation, and personal growth through taking responsibility for one’s own development.
The subject of coaching can cover a wide range of knowledge, skills, and attitudes related to the interaction of an individual or group with the system in which they operate. At Prava Formula, we believe everyone has the potential to become the person they want to be, to learn, and to grow.
We have learned that while training is necessary, it has a limited impact on behavioral change. When an individual has control and responsibility over what, how, and when they learn—as is the case in coaching—their motivation increases.
Coaching unfolds through five phases:
- Coaching Agreement – an agreement between the client, coach, and participant regarding the purpose of coaching
- Goal Setting – defining relevant, measurable goals aligned with the purpose of coaching
- Assessment of Current State – defining the starting point and personal learning plan
- Progress Monitoring – guiding through the learning cycle
- Evaluation – assessing the achievement of set goals
The coaching process begins with five sessions of 90 minutes each, which is the minimum duration to achieve visible results. The continuation, pace, and duration are fully tailored to the participant’s needs, provided that sessions occur regularly to ensure continuity.
