By participating in our training, you will become more competent in applying coaching as a leadership approach, positively impacting the development of your team and organization. You will learn how to encourage employees’ personal and professional growth, build stronger relationships, and promote continuous learning.

Through coaching, leaders can encourage self-reflection and support the personal and professional growth of team members by strengthening individual competencies, building strong interpersonal relationships, and fostering a culture of continuous learning within the organization.

Coaching is one of the key tools for individual development and improving organizational effectiveness, enabling leaders to take an individualized approach to employee development, resulting in higher engagement, productivity, and long-term loyalty.


Methods and tools:

The training is delivered in an interactive format, respecting the principles of adult learning and using practical exercises and experiential learning. Participants will learn effective coaching models, identify their own preferred learning style through the Learning Styles Questionnaire, and learn how to recognize learning preferences in others.
