Methods and tools:
The training is delivered in an interactive format, respecting the principles of adult learning and focusing on practical exercises and experiential learning. Through individual, small-group, and large-group activities, participants will apply the learned techniques and tools. The Learning Styles Questionnaire helps tailor the approach to mentors’ preferences, while mentoring conversation techniques are practiced for application in real work environments.
