Measure your team’s “climate” and readiness for change.
This workshop is ideal for teams navigating change. Teams go through specific phases during transitions, and the Organizational Barometer helps organizations, individuals, or teams answer questions such as: How are we doing? How do we feel about the change? What actions should we take? Using a 40-question survey, the barometer assesses the climate of the group or organization in small, medium, large, or very large systems.
The tool measures readiness for change and helps identify obstacles while supporting the planning of concrete actions. It allows for preparation, analysis, and real-time data processing while actively involving all employees. Employees are engaged in planning and action management, ensuring urgent matters are addressed immediately, and everyone participates in implementing results. The outcomes are highly effective and vital for organizational development.
The workshop is conducted with the intact team (regardless of size) so that all members can participate in the analysis and action planning. The Organizational Barometer is one of the tools based on the Four Rooms of Change theory.
Duration: 1.5 – 2 days
Number of participants: Entire team
After the workshop, the team will:
Gain awareness of factors that increase or decrease team satisfaction
Understand what actions are needed to boost team satisfaction and inspiration while reducing denial and confusion
Develop a proposed action plan with assigned responsibilities to support desired changes
