Methods and tools:

The training is interactive and follows the principles of adult learning. It is based on practical exercises and experiential learning. We will use the SUPERB engagement model, reflective questions, simulations, case studies, and role-playing.

understanding the elements of engagement needed to create the conditions for high performance (SUPERB engagement model)

translating key performance indicators (KPIs) into individual goals

clearly communicating expectations and monitoring progress toward goals

providing timely guidance in an engaging manner

leading performance conversations based on employees’ business and development goals

building a positive team environment and encouraging collaboration and mutual support to achieve shared goals

recognizing the quality of cross-team collaboration, identifying areas for improvement, and creating an action plan to implement improvements in order to foster a high-performance company culture
