Personal well-being is essential for maintaining mental and emotional health, directly impacting the quality of our work and life. This training focuses on how to practice happiness.

The PERMA model, developed by psychologist Martin Seligman, encompasses five elements that contribute to optimal human functioning: Positive Emotions, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning, and Accomplishments. When these components are sufficiently present in our lives, we feel good, connected to others, and have a clear sense of purpose—essentially, we are happy.

Methods and Tools:

The workshop is interactive and engaging, designed to help participants recognize key elements that motivate change and plan actions that can be immediately applied in daily life.

We combine self-assessment tools, practical examples, and sharing of best practices to ensure high applicability of the content.
