Enhance your personal well-being through the PERMA model and practical exercises for everyday life.
Personal well-being is essential for maintaining mental and emotional health, directly impacting the quality of our work and life. This training focuses on how to practice happiness.
The PERMA model, developed by psychologist Martin Seligman, encompasses five elements that contribute to optimal human functioning: Positive Emotions, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning, and Accomplishments.
