Learn how to effectively manage stress for better personal and professional well-being.
Stress is a common topic today. This training gives you the opportunity to distinguish between a stressful situation and your personal stress reaction, and teaches you how to develop effective strategies for managing stress.
The training provides tools to improve psychological resilience and maintain a work-life balance, and teaches you how to acquire skills to build healthier habits. This training is not only an opportunity for personal growth but also for improving team dynamics and the work environment.
Methods and Tools:
The training is conducted interactively, following adult learning principles. For over 80% of the training, participants learn through concrete exercises and experiential learning, participating in practical situations (individually, in small groups, or in a large group).
Through a coping strategies questionnaire, you will become aware of your strengths in handling stressful situations and learn which strategies are underutilized and can be applied more. By practicing techniques for reinterpreting stressful situations and controlling worry and anxiety, you will be prepared to apply these skills beyond the classroom.
Skills You Will Gain:
Knowledge about the origin of stress reactions and the role of stress in our lives
Recognition of your own stress triggers and individual responses to stress: emotional, cognitive, and behavioral
Awareness of the stress management strategies you most frequently use and evaluation of their effectiveness
Reinterpretation techniques as a way to manage cognitive stress reactions
Techniques for controlling worry and anxiety: mindfulness and breathing exercises
Knowledge of how to implement and build healthy habits and strengthen psychological resilience to stressful situations
