Discover the key to successfully managing responsibility and self-motivation.
Responsibility is often seen as a heavy burden, but within the way we take it lies opportunity. When we take control of our tasks and actions, consciously accepting what we can handle while firmly saying “no” to what we cannot, we achieve a balance between productivity and quality of life.
In this workshop, we explore the difference between various components of responsibility, such as responsibility and accountability, clear communication of expectations and information transfer, setting personal boundaries in taking responsibility, and our responsibility in collaboration with others.
Methods and Tools:
The training is conducted interactively, following adult learning principles. For over 80% of the session, you will learn through practical exercises and experiential learning, participating in real-life situations (individually, in small groups, or in a large group).
A self-assessment questionnaire on responsibility components helps raise awareness of the areas you want to improve.
In this training, you will learn to:
Understand the different components of responsibility (responsibility and accountability)
Identify practical parameters for building a sense of responsibility
Recognize your personal drivers of responsibility
Communicate expectations more clearly with colleagues
Set clear and motivating goals
Manage discomfort in taking responsibility
Establish and maintain healthy boundaries when taking responsibility
Define an action plan for better management of your own responsibility
