Team coaching is a process in which a coach works with a team to enhance team effectiveness, communication, and collaboration.
The goal is to support the team in achieving shared objectives, building stronger interpersonal relationships, and developing concrete, collective skills. Through structured sessions, teams can significantly improve their work processes, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Team coaching not only boosts team performance but also fosters a positive work atmosphere and stronger mutual understanding among team members.

The topics, content, and schedule are tailored to the team’s specific needs, based on an initial assessment and client consultation. Group coaching is often combined with individual sessions for participants, as well as individual and/or group tasks between sessions, depending on the team’s actual requirements.
Session Frequency: Every 2–3 weeks, allowing participants sufficient time to apply what they’ve learned in practice.Minimum Number of Sessions: 5
