After this, goals are reassessed and the duration and schedule of further coaching are determined. The coaching process can extend beyond six months, depending on individual or organizational needs. Sessions are typically spaced 2\u20133 weeks apart; intervals longer than one month do not qualify as continuous coaching.<\/p>\n<p>Coaching is fully tailored to the client, including timing, content,
