In her career she has worked in organisational systems, hotel industry and telecom corporation. She began her career by working as training coordinator in hotel business. She worked for many years as manager of education and growth in Customer Service, and had been in charge of the Customer Contact department in an international telecom company, VIP net Inc.
She is a professional coach and mentor educated from Oxford Brookes University in accordance with the EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council).
In her work, she applies the skills gained on various educational seminars in the field of training and growth of employees, quality assurance ,leading and managing teams of more than 250 employees, coaching and mentoring.
